TRAINING SCHOLARSHIP

At Cruz Coaching, we believe every dedicated player deserves a chance to reach their full potential regardless of financial background. Each season, we award select players training scholarships that cover Cruz Coaching programs, camps, and mentorship. If you’re a player who’s passionate, hardworking, and committed but limited by access, this opportunity is for you.

  • A: Most of our sessions are held at EXOS Plano and Spirit Park in Allen TX. You’ll get the location details in your confirmation email after booking

  • A: No — although our training model is built around consistency. Semi-private and group sessions provide the best result with weekly attendance during each cycle.

  • A: We train players ages 7 and up, grouped by age and skill level into specific tiers:

    • Foundation Tier: Ages 7–9

    • Development Tier: Ages 10–12

    • Master Class Tier: Ages 12–14+

    • We also train high-level high school and college athletes.

  • A: Yes. Our Foundation and Development tiers are perfect for beginners or players building confidence. But we do recommend player who a trying to pursue club soccer.

  • A:

    • Soccer ball

    • Water

    • Proper soccer attire (no ankle socks)

    • Shin guards (optional unless told otherwise)

    • Competitive attitude

  • Item dA: Yes, but you must cancel at least 12 hours in advance to keep your session credit. Late cancels or no-shows may forfeit that session.

  • A: Your first session is always considered a trial before committing to more sessions

  • A: We recommend 1–2 per month, combined with weekly group training.

  • A: EXOS is a world-class performance facility focused on speed, strength, recovery, and injury prevention. Players can join EXOS training in addition to Cruz Coaching soccer training. description

  • A: No, but it’s highly recommended if you're serious about athletic development.

  • Session must be cancelled before 12 hour of their session start time for a full refund
