Coach Cruz - FOUNDER & HEAD TRAINER
Coach Cruz is a former professional player in Trinidad & Tobago with semi-professional and collegiate experience in the United States.
He brings over 15 years of coaching and player development experience and holds a USSF E License, Speed, Agility & Movement certification, and FC Barcelona Academy Youth Player Development certification. He has also served as an Assistant Coach at Kankakee Community College and as Director of Coaching at Southland Strikers. His approach blends international football culture with structured American development to create standards-driven, long-term player development.
COACH Lee - Senior Trainer
Coach Lee developed in South Africa’s Bidvest Wits youth system and went on to play four years of collegiate soccer at Texas Wesleyan University. His background combines professional academy training standards with U.S. collegiate competition experience.
He holds a D Coaching License, is a competitive freestyler, and has been part of Cruz Coaching since 2022. His focus is on technical detail, positional understanding, and building habits that translate directly to match performance within high-standard training environments.
