Access to EXOS Speed & Strength classes, pro S&C coaching, indoor turf & full strength floor, and basic recovery tools (site‑dependent).

A: Most of our sessions are held at EXOS Plano and Spirit Park in Allen TX. You’ll get the location details in your confirmation email after booking

A: We train players ages 7 and up, grouped by age and skill level into specific tiers:
Foundation Tier: Ages 7–9
Development Tier: Ages 10–12
Master Class Tier: Ages 12–14+
We also train high-level high school and college athletes.

A: Yes. Our Foundation and Development tiers are perfect for beginners or players building confidence. But we do recommend player who a trying to pursue club soccer.
