      We offer three tiers:

      Each session is 60 minutes and tailored to challenge players in a fun, competitive environment. Evaluations may be done to ensure proper placement. Groups will only run with 2 or more players.

  • A: Most of our sessions are held at EXOS Plano and Spirit Park in Allen TX. You’ll get the location details in your confirmation email after booking

  • A: We train players ages 7 and up, grouped by age and skill level into specific tiers:

    • Foundation Tier: Ages 7–9

    • Development Tier: Ages 10–12

    • Master Class Tier: Ages 12–14+

    • We also train high-level high school and college athletes.

  • A: Yes. Our Foundation and Development tiers are perfect for beginners or players building confidence. But we do recommend player who a trying to pursue club soccer.
