All products in our shop are digital downloads only. Please read below to understand how our store works, what rights you receive with each product, and how we handle issues.

Digital Product Policy

All items are delivered digitally via email or link after payment. No physical products will be shipped. Make sure your email is correct at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing a file, contact us—we’re here to help.

Delivery Times

Files are sent immediately after purchase.

  • Canva templates: You’ll receive a PDF with the Canva link

  • Wall posters: Delivered as print-ready PDFs

  • Fonts: Sent as .otf or .ttf files

  • Fictional clubs: You’ll receive a Google Drive folder with all files

Licensing & Usage

  • Fonts – Personal & commercial use allowed. No resale or redistribution.

  • Social kits & Canva templates – For your brand/team use. Do not resell.

  • Fictional Clubs – One-time purchase only. You get full exclusive rights.

  • Wall Posters & Birthday Cards – Personal use only unless noted otherwise.
